This wine has massive structure and shows balance, integration and elegance. This is a world class example of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Banhoek Valley and embodies the unique terroir of this valley.

Zorgvliet Silvermyn Cabernet Franc 2007 (Available Feb. 2010) : A succulent Cabernet Franc that is elegance personified. The wine shows cinnamon and spice characteristics on the nose, which are well integrated with flavours of black cherry and plum fruit on the palate. An elegant tannin structure gives way to a distinct minerality on the finish. A wine that distinctly shows our winemaking philosophy of “Elegance in Wine”, which although restrained now, will reward well with a couple of years of bottle maturation.
