This is a mouth filling wine with a firm acidity leading to a multi-layered complex palate showing distinct mineral and fig flavours on the finish.

A wine that distinctly shows our winemaking philosophy of “Elegance in Wine”, which although restrained now, will reward well with a couple of years of bottle maturation.
